Thelma & Louise Cleaning Services is a family owned business that specializes in Bond Cleaning (also known as End of Lease Cleaning or Exit Cleaning). We service the Gold Coast and Surrounding areas (ie. Helensvale, Pacific Pines, Robina, Burleigh, Beenleigh, Southport, Hope Island etc). All our cleaners are fully experienced and have a current Police Check and Public Liability Insurance. We also have a seperate Comprehensive Business Liability Insurance. We provide all of the cleaning products and equipment necessary to complete each job. "We will guarantee that you will receive your Bond back".
Bond Cleaning is very unpredictable and people often have different expectations. At the end of the day the last thing any one wants when you are paying good money is to receive a phone call from a Real Estate to say the job has not been completed up to standard. We work methodically to ensure a high quality workmanship, of course we’re only human so if there are any honest oversights on our behalf, we’re happy to revisit promptly with-out charge – provided that a reasonable amount of time has been allowed to complete the tasks.
If you choose to limit your cleaning budget, we will ask you what tasks you are least likely to have time for (bathrooms, kitchen, oven, windows and so on) and we will prioritise and do as much as possible in the time/budget that has been allowed for. An additional call-out fee would apply if our contractor is requested to come back to finish your cleaning needs.
We are able to offer our customers a realistic ‘Estimate’ based on an average size and reasonable condition. The time or cost is always agreed with customers. Our service is based on providing experienced cleaning labour, charged by the hour – we do not offer fixed pricing unless a prior onsite visit has been arranged.
In our experience, the things which can most influence the time or cost are; if the overall condition is bad & has not been maintained, is larger in size, walls need complete washing rather than spot cleaning, lots of tricky segmented windows, lots of Pet Hair.
